If you are NOT having difficulties when sending emails from ##email## you can ignore this email,
however it has come to our attention that a recent mail server upgrade has caused some issues for some email users.

In some circumstances, sending emails fails because the ##client_domain## mail server now requires a secure (SSL) connection, where previously this was not the case.

This issue does not effect all users or webmail users and normally does not effect incoming mail.

If you are having difficulty SENDING emails, please try changing your OUTGOING MAIL SERVER SETTINGS to . .

SERVER = mail.##client_domain##
Port = 465
Connection Security or SSL = SSL/TLS (or SSL ON)
Authentication = Normal Password
User = ##email##
